How we store the information we collect
- we store authentication data in WorkOS
- we store payments information in Stripe
- we store the presentation content and prompts in Supabase
- we store the files you upload (images and PDFs) in AWS S3
How we get the information
- we get the information from you when you create the account in our platform, use the platform and create payment session
- if you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account
How we use information we collect
- we use the information to provide app's functionality
- we send the prompt and the files you attach (images, PDFs) to AI model providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) only to generate the presentation you request; the data is not used to train AI models
- we use the information to process payments
- we use the information to send you technical emails and product updates
- we don't use the information for any other purpose
Google Slides Add-on (Skyline AI Slides)
- we access your Google account email to link it with your Skyline account
- we access only the presentation in which you open the Skyline AI Slides Add-on
- we insert AI-generated slides into it when you request a generation
- we use this data only to fulfil your request - we don't use it to train AI models or for any other purpose

We do not share, transfer, or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided.
How we protect your data
- all data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS on every connection between the Add-on, your browser, our backend, and our service providers
- data stored in our database and file storage is encrypted at rest
- access to user data is protected by authentication and authorization: we verify the identity behind every request, and you can only access data linked to your own account
- access to production systems and stored data is restricted to authorized personnel, protected by multi-factor authentication
- we run on infrastructure from trusted, security-compliant providers (listed below) to store and process data
- you can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
